Joey is a real volcano of energy and commitment.
He carries out commands with full force, lightning fast and never loses his enthusiasm – his persistence and enthusiasm are impressive.
This is a dog that loves to be close to people, literally and emotionally – he is the shadow of his guardian, a faithful companion in everything that happens around him.
He has a huge drive to work, especially with toys – balls, frisbee, playing tug-of-war is his element! Joey is very fast in action but interestingly, despite his dynamics, he can maintain full concentration and calm with sheep and in scent work. He gives his all in every field.
He is very sociable, cordial and devoted. Self-confident, composed in relationships with other dogs, always focused on cooperation.
Joey is a dog that lives to be close to people and act together with them – he gets activated quickly, but he is just as happy to relax at home. He is a huge cuddler!
He really likes to be petted and touched, even by strangers.
He is very direct in contacts with people, which may not be to everyone's taste, but he is not very pushy. If you set boundaries and say "no", he will leave, respecting your decision.
